Farmhouse CheeseMaking Workshop - TBC

Suitable for beginners, this interactive workshop will demonstrate step-by-step, discuss in detail and include notes to give you the knowledge and confidence to make your own Farmhouse Haloumi Cheese at home. Plus we will get to eat what we make on the day and enjoy some lunch, wine, cheese and nibbles. We are taking Expressions of Interest for Saturday 19 September to ensure we will have the numbers required to go ahead.  Please register your interest.
